Support from individual donrs enables the San Diego Civic Youth Ballet to continue to provide quality ballet instruction and performance opportunities to the youth of San Diego. We provide many scholarships to students who are unable to meet the costs of dance classes as we do not want any child to miss out on the experience and joy of ballet. Aside from providing scholarships, individual support also contributes to classroom instruction, performance, and our outreach programs.

Our performing group that consist of upper level students, performs throughout the region at various cultural events aiming to bring the art of ballet to all people of San Diego. We also educated over 1,200 students per year from San Diego schools through the Balboa Park 5th grade outreach program. Each one of these efforts of SDCYB is made possible through support from individual contributions.
